Description
- The DascoPro 408-0 Cold Chisels are precision ground for cutting, shaping and removing metal that is softer than the cutting edge of the chisel. Made of high carbon steel that has been heat treated, these chisels are to be used on cast iron, wrought iron, steel, bronze and copper.
- It is used to cut, shape and remove metal softer than the cutting edge itself.
- Always strike with a Ball Pein Hammer or drilling hammer with a striking face 3/8″ larger than the struck face of chisel.
- Discard if punch is chipped, deformed, shows dents, cracks, mushrooming or excessive wear.
