WHY PACLOCK?

At PACLOCK they engineer, CNC machine, assemble, and quality test a majority of the product line in the USA as “Made in the USA with global components” – the key differentiating factor. They can control quality, production capacity, and quickly develop new, innovative products in a matter of weeks, not months or years. PACLOCK is the only manufacturer in the world producing Buy American Act (BAA) and Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant brass, stainless steel, and aluminum body padlocks.

In the world of huge conglomerations of padlock manufacturers, PACLOCK stands as the only independently owned and operated padlock manufacturer producing aluminum, brass, and hardened steel padlocks. Our employees and customers are treated like family; we value hard work and integrity; and we are the most honest padlock manufacturer on the planet.

High quality goes hand in hand with U.S. production. While PACLOCK does not produce all of its components in the USA, the most critical component for their solid-body padlocks is the body itself, and that component is produced in our Los Angeles facility. Since PACLOCK manufactures all of the padlock bodies in the USA, we control quality. PACLOCK primarily uses American-made Haas Automation computerized machining centers in their production ~ both lathes and mills. These machines allow PACLOCK to maintain a three-thousandths (.003”) tolerance on all of our machining operations. These same padlock bodies are then hand sanded at their facility and, if it’s an aluminum bodied padlock, then the padlock body goes to another small business for anodizing.

PACLOCK remains at the forefront and an industry leader in high security, affordable padlocks. Their pick and bump resistant cylinder technology is standard across their product lines whereas other manufacturers make you pay to upgrade for similar technology.
