Heavy duty pipe support stands for horizontal piping.

• Feature 193 GR. B7 stems that are fully adjustable. Top and bottom assemblies can be locked in place after adjustment. Heavy steel base plates, 3/8″ x 8″x 8″ for 2″ thru 12″ pipe and 3/8″ x 12″x 12″ for 14″ thru 24″ pipe.
• All base plates have four 3/8″ holes on each corner (5/8″ c/l), for mounting to floor. All components are fully welded carbon steel, or 304 Stainless Steel construction. Standpipe for 2″ thru 12″ pipe is 2″ schedule 40. Standpipe for 14″ thru 24″ pipe is 2-1/2″ schedule 40 pipe. Base and top assembly pipe is 2-1/2″ schedule 40 for 2″ thru 12″ pipe and 3″ schedule 40 pipes for 14 thru 24″ pipe.
• Saddle assemblies are 1/2″ x 2″ x 7″ flat stock for 2″ thru 8″pipe, 3/4″ x 3″ x 11″ for 10″ and 12″pipe, and 3/4″ x 3″ x 19″ for 16″ and 18″ pipe. Saddles are bent on center to nest pipe being supported.
• A 3-18″ x 1/4″ washer plate is welded to the top assembly adjustment pipe, then a nut is welded to the washer plate. The pipe adjusting rod goes through the washer plate for height adjustment.
• 2″ thru 12″ pipe sizes use 1″-8 tpi threaded rod x 12″ long, welded to 1″-8 threaded nut, which is then welded to the saddle. We use 1-1/4″ x 12″ for 14″ thru 24″ pipe sizes.
• Our supports have 3/8″ cup point hardened locking set screws on top & bottom assemblies to lock and hold the standpipe after height adjustment.

*All stands have a minimum clearance of 10″ from the ground to the bottom of the pipe.

*Deduct 4″ for support pipe. Example a 12″ stand needs an 8″ piece of 2″ sch 40 pipe, a 16″ stand needs a 12″ piece of 2-1/2 ” pipe.

*A 1″ hex head nut is supplied to lock the stem in place. (Not shown in photo.)

*Materials comply to American National Standard ANSI/MSS SP-58. Each pipe support will support 5000 LBS.
