Description
- The Hydrant Setter manufactured by Waterworks Tool Company is used to ease the installation of hydrants.
- The Hydrant Setter is used for lifting and setting fire hydrants. The spreader bar allows for proper alignment of the lifting rings to lock the hydrant into place using the hose nozzle caps.
- The design uses grade 100 chain and rated components, with a spreader bar to lift a hydrant by the 2 1/2″ hose nozzles.
- Spreader bars and hose nozzle plates are powder coated. Our setters are load tested and tagged with a load limit of 1000 lbs.
- Final assembly completed in the USA with global components.
