Where precision meets durability with every strike, the 4 piece center punch set is built to handle challenging tasks. This set includes center punches with the following diameter: 7/64”, 5/32”, 3/16” and 15/64”
- For exact marking of a drill point and guidance of the drill bit
- Center punches are used to create permanent marks or locations when disassembling engine parts
- The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface
- The tip is ground and polished
- The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head
- Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC – not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool
- Forged from top quality hardened chrome vanadium steel.
